From the rain of Germany to the river under the sun of Israel
From the rain of Germany to the river under the sun of Israel. Accompany me back to my oasis by the river and immerse myself in the healing element of water. Let your soul drift with me and take you into the magical world of dance and the weightlessness of water. This is Lucia River Dance!

River-Dance:The fascinating combination of sport, dance and nature experience
Are you also fascinated by how dolphins can move in and above water? Who doesn't want to feel this freedom? I can tell you that you can experience many similar movements in river dance. The water is a 3D dance floor that, together with weightlessness, offers us unlimited movement possibilities. Swimming aids are a good aid, especially for relaxation. Sport, dance and fan - this unique combination can be found in River-Dance. If you can still be in nature, it's the perfect balance to the stress of everyday life.

Can we still feel the elements of nature? To do this, we have to take time, find peace and switch off the noise of everyday life. And there is no better place to do this than in nature, in the wilderness and in the water. Only where our soul becomes one with nature, where we expose ourselves to the elements, can we feel it. Sun, water, wind, birds, etc. calm us down. And if we take the time to do this, our stressed selves will find peace and new strength. For me, this surrender to nature stimulates my imagination a

Cuba vibes or the Cuba virus is clearly a dance virus. It's the mood of Cuba and it's a way of life. It is this inner liberation that comes through the rhythm of Latin American music, which you experience in dance. Letting go and letting yourself fall into the hands (leadership) of the dancer. Just to direct the music with him. You become a part of a dream, your musical. Anyone who has experienced this feeling will never want to miss it again. I learned that the dance/salsa was the balm for the wounds of slavery that Africans in Cuba experienced.

Rwanda, the small country in the heart of Africa, captivated me from the first moment. The Rwandans proved to be very friendly and helpful and they made my trip an unforgettable experience. They took me to the most beautiful places on Lake Kivu, they took me on their boat to the many natural islands, they accompanied me through the mountainous and always green landscape of the west, they organized the unique safari for me in the Akagera National Park. And I accompanied them (my hosts) to the market and at home while cooking. What surprised me more than anything else was the cleanliness of this country. Unfortunately I didn't have time for the monkeys. In addition to the monkey forest and gorillas, Rwanda has so much beautiful things to offer that I will definitely come back. Also to visit my new friends.

On the rivers and lakes of the 80s
Today I would like to write about a time when screens, i.e. social media, did not dominate our lives. A time when we stood up and stood up for our ideologies with body and soul. A time when we didn't let the mainstream or our parents dictate anything to us. Where we did what we thought was right and important. And we expressed it with our clothes, in protests on the street and in our actions. Loud, determined and happy with colors.

I like to travel. Every country has its own music culture and this is usually deeply rooted in the history of the people and country.
It connects people. But music also has a lot to do with feelings. Music touches, calms, inspires and motivates. And because she touches me, she makes me dance.
Music tells us stories. She takes us to other cultures and other places.
Many songs remind me of past encounters with friends and acquaintances. When I dance to songs like this, I experience flashbacks. There are many songs that heal, that are balm for our restless souls.
River dance is actually a music and dance therapy for body and soul.
The Healing Power of Music and Dance

Puerto Rica
Puerto Rican; On the one hand it is the song by Vaya Con Dios and on the other hand it is this Caribbean attitude to life. When you think of Puerto Rico, you think of music, rhythm, dances, fire, passion, sunsets and pure romance. Believe me, I have already experienced all of this on this river.
